Rider Bio

The five-time Australian Dirt Track Champion competed in his first full year of racing both the Singles and Twins classes of AMA Pro Flat Track in 2009. After being the only rider to win the 450cc Australian Long Track title three consecutive years, Gough came to America to compete against the best in the world. Gough earned his national number (62) in his first full year on the circuit.

Personal

Trained as a fabricator in Australia, Gough enjoys working on and building motorcycles almost as much as riding them. He has built wheel hubs from billet stock, rebuilt frames, created exhaust systems, hand-formed his aluminum tank and even welded a top on a soda can as a catch bottle. When not racing during the season, you can often find him helping the crew at American Supercamp as a guest instructor.

Career Highlights

2011 - Gough contested in select GNC events, earning three Top 10s and a Top5. He finished the season with a best place finish of fourth-place at the Calistoga Speedway. Raced with Dick Ford Kawasaki/Harley-Davidson.
